What if I have a medical condition?
Please inform our staff of any special medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, and medications as they could affect the success of your service.

Can I bring my children?
Children are welcome as long as they are under the supervision of an adult. We have some areas of the salon that we like to stay tranquil, and there are also dangers with sharp objects and hot tools.

Do you handle group and corporate events?
We are happy to customize group or corporate events. Please contact our reservation specialists for details.

What about cellular phones?
We appreciate cell phones being in the off or silent position while you are being serviced to ensure a timely visit without interruption.

Can I buy Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates are available in any amount for any occasion. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced. We will mail or ship gift certificates and products anywhere in the continental united states.
