Deborah Farrell, Owner & Master Stylist
Deborah has been a stylist for 30 years, and has mastered coloring, cutting, razoring, foiling, color/foiling, custom designing, texurizing, and consultation. Her belief in leadership for the client is key. That takes place in the consultation. She may spend an hour consulting with a new client. She believes that getting to know the new client is key to understanding point of view, lifestyle, and self-relationship. The end result is key, and meeting the clients expectations at every point. Deborah has spent thousands of hours volunteering at local technical schools teaching the art of hair in all categories. She is also a former Paul Mitchell Educator, and has worked for other companies such as All Nutrient, and Sukesha, traveling around the East Coast mentoring stylists in their local salons. She is proficient at chemical straightening, Brazilian Keratin Certified, and her Formal Designs are staggeringly beautiful.
Deborah is a former Big Sister, and has also volunteered hundreds of hours raising money for Pink Hair for Hope by providing staff at fundraising events. Deborah also has her salon involved in other charities such as Habitat for Humanity, and Runways shows for local Historical Societies. Ann Grimaldi, Master Hair Stylist
Ann Grimaldi is our Master Stylist with over 30 years of experience. Ann has special qualities that are hard to find, as the classic styles are not so easily found in any salon. Her wonderful way with our older group of women is to be commended, and she is a hard act to follow. If you are a baby-boomer and are looking for those classic styles, Ann is the stylist for you.
As a team member, she is an outstanding role model for all of the young women at the salon.
DebraLee Eatherton, Senior Stylist
DebraLee is one of our newest Senior Stylists. Her profound strength is foiling and we see her as one of our top foiling stylists. Her finish work is impeccable. She takes her time, as long as it takes, to make the client absolutely perfect before they walk out our door. DebraLee brings a great sense of humor, entertaining us throughout the day. She is So-Cap certified, Brazilian Keratin Certified, and Eufora educated in San Diego California.
Ashley Koczerga, Senior Stylist
Ashley is one of our top Senior Stylists. Her wit and charm will get you every time and you will have no doubt she is the stylist for you.
She is Brazilian Keratin Certified, So-Cap Hair Extension Certified, and Eufora trained in San Diego, California. Her foil/color foil/ and cutting techniques are top notch. Ashley is a long-standing employee that is dedicated to serving her clients and giving you that drop-dead color you have been looking for.
Faith Mangum, Senior Stylist
Faith is our top Senior Stylist. She is a leader and role model for our young stylists and also teaches outside the salon for Kaliedscope. Her classes range from Eufora product knowledge to motivational to cutting. She also provides the salon with cutting classes.
Faith is Brazilian Keratin Certified, Eufora trained in San Diego, California and is also our top colorist and foil technician. She is a true professional and conducts herself accordingly.
Debbie Selfridge, Senior Stylist
Debbie is one of the most talented stylists in our area. A former Salon owner herself for 15 years,
she specializes in the more classic styles for the more mature woman and has outstanding talents in designing the finishing work for those styles.
Some would say that she is a “dying breed” as some of these styles are not done in many salons. They include the Wedge, the Shag, the Bob, the Up-Brush, the Roller-Set and comb-out, and the Tapered Pixie. Her finish work is impeccable
but she is not limited to these styles and has a wide variety of other talents in her portfolio.
Jessica Conley, Stylist
Jessica is one of our top Junior Stylists, who we believe will be at the Master Stylist level early. Her creativity with colors amazes us every day. Her interesting color combinations coupled with her expertise in creative cutting result in some absolute works of art! She is highly proficient in foiling having worked along side a master stylist for 7 years. Jessica is So-Cap Hair Extension certified, Brazilian Keratin certified, and Eufora trained in San Diego, California..
Kimberly DiCredico, Stylist
Kimberly has been a Junior Stylist for over two years. She has an impeccable professional attitude, and carries herself with sophistication. Kimberly has the ability to turn a disaster that a client may have experienced at another salon into a work of art. She is So-Cap Hair Extension certified, Brazilian Keratin certified, and Eufora trained in San Diego, California. Kimberly is also dedicated to her community. It shows in her community service and charity efforts in helping the salon raise close to $10,000 for Breast cancer through Pink Hair for Hope. She has also been a leader in raising thousands of dollars for a family in our community with a daughter suffering from Brain Cancer.
Melissa Diorio, Stylist
Melissa is one of our most talented junior stylists. She is dedicated to hard work, commitment and professionalism. Melissa is Brazilian Keratin Certified, and well versed on Eufora.
We can see Melissa graduating to Senior Stylist quickly due to the demand for her skills and her artistic abilities. She is proficient in color/foiling and razor cutting. Formal Designing is also one of her passions as well. You can always count on Melissa to take her time, and give the client exactly what they are looking for.
Kim Gay, Stylist
Kim is one of our junior stylists. She is proficient in color/foiling and make-up. Kim is also Brazilian Keratin Certified, So-Cap Hair Extension Certified, and Eufora trained in San Diego, California. She also works with our head nail tech learning skills in manicures and pedicures. She has been in the industry for 5 years and has a passion for the art of hair. Kim has patience for problem-solving the client’s issues, and is someone a client is comfortable talking to.
She also loves to work with children, and takes the time to make them as comfortable as she can.
Chelsea Selfridge, Stylist
Chelsea is one of our Junior Stylists, and also one of the most recent additions to our team. Chelsea is very special. She truly is a people pleaser and has the willingness to do anything for anyone.
Her talents include fabulous Blow-Dry Styles, Stacked Bobs, and foiling. She is great with children, and they always feel comfortable with her as well. Chelsea is Brazilian Keratin Certified and Eufora trained in San Diego, California.
Kali Dargoonian, Apprentice Stylist
Kali is a remarkable talent and her specialty is finish work and foiling. She is Brazilian Keratin Certified, and Eufora trained in San Diego, California. Kali also assists the head stylists on certain days, which allows her to observe advanced artistic and technical procedures. She also makes sure the customers have everything they need. She helps keep the day organized for everyone. Her multi-tasking and willingness to do anything makes us believe that she will become one of our top stylists.
Rachel London, Assistant
Rachel is one of our terrific assistants. We could not get through our day without her. We do believe she will be one of our top stylists some day. She shows a strong dedication to the team here with a rare work ethic. Rachel keeps us on track during the day, and also gets involved in training other assistants.
Elziana dosSantos, Esthetician
Elziana is our head esthetician. She is an expert at eye-brow shaping, and when it comes to waxing, Elziana will wax anything. She is particularly good at Brazilian waxing, being Brazilian herself. Elziana believes that an in-depth consultation with the client is imperative to evaluate the skin. She is a believer in the glycolic and enzyme peel but is first and foremost commited to customizing the facial that best suits your needs and skin type. Her goal is to help you achieve exactly what you want when it pertains to your skin. She also has one of the gentlest touches with her facials, and you will find yourself extremely relaxed.
Elziana is highly educated in the science of the skin, and recommends SkinCeuticals for the best results.
Patti Diminico, Nail Technician

Debora Fubel, Massage Therapist
Debora is our head Massage Therapist. Nationally Certified for the last five years, Deb Fubel’s belief system is one of communication to target one’s issues and address them from an educated standpoint. Deb is also 6 years licensed with AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). She has recently become a Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner. She is passionate about her field, and her ability to help people feel better. From solving long standing body issues, to just plain simple relaxation, her integrity keeps her at the top of her profession.
Deborah Dube, Reservation Specialist
Deborah is one of our reservation specialists.
Her professionalism is important to her, but she carries with her a special sense of humor as well. She also has a respect and understanding for the client, as she has been in many situations as a patron, and understands the expectation and importance of good customer service. Please always let Deborah know what you need, and she will put you at the top of her priority list.
Beth McGaffigan, Events Coordinator
Beth brings to our salon some of the best times you can imagine. Beth’s imagination has entertained our wedding parties with everything from chocolate fountains to dipping experiences. Our masque parties with smokin’ pumpkins and our Academy Awards party with the walk of fame. Recently she did a Cash for Gold party where the company wrote $12,000 worth of checks to clients who came to cash in. Beth is also very involved with Dancing With The Realtors, which raises hundreds of thousands of dollars for Habitat for Humanity. Occasionally you also may get a phone call from Beth asking if you love your hair since she is also our customer relations representative.

Melissa Deveau, Administrative/Marketing Assistant You may also find Melissa answering the phone and if you do, you will find yourself in good hands. Melissa is the assistant to the owner, Deborah Farrell, and if there is anything she can do for you please let her know as she is in direct contact on a daily basis with Deborah. Because Melissa is so involved with the Marketing, she is also familiar with all promotions, charity events, and VIP parties taking place at the salon. So contact her if you have any questions.
